Pricing & Estimates
How is pricing calculated?
Each service has a standard price plus modifiers (e.g., area in sqm, number of rooms, add-ons). Recurring bookings can receive frequency discounts (weekly, fortnightly, monthly). Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your details and access.
Do you offer packages or discounts?
Yes—recurring schedules may receive discounts. Package bundles (e.g., windows, oven, carpet add-ons) can be included in your booking notes for a combined quote.
Scheduling & Access
What days/times are available?
Choose your preferred date/time in the booking flow. We’ll confirm availability or propose the closest slot if your first choice is not available.
Do I need to be home?
No—many clients provide access instructions or a lockbox code. Please include parking or fob/elevator details so we can arrive and start on time.
Is parking required?

Payments
How do I pay?
Right now, you pay on confirmation/invoice. Card payments (via Stripe) and deposits will be available soon in the Review step.
Do you issue invoices/receipts?
Yes—every completed booking receives an invoice/receipt by email for your records.
Move-Out & Post-Construction
End-of-Lease cleaning requirements?
Include your agent’s checklist in “Other requirements” so we can align with bond expectations (oven, inside cupboards, skirting, tracks, etc.).
Post-construction dust & debris?
We handle builders’ dust with HEPA-capable tools and multiple passes. Please note any fragile surfaces or special finishes.
